Organizational Identity/Culture

In this paper, students are to critically assess the current literature to effectively explain the value of diversity within an organization. Students then identify strategies designed to strengthen cultural competency at the personal, interpersonal, and organizational levels. Students are encouraged to apply the course concepts, utilize additional sources that were not assigned by the professor, and apply the ideas found in the literature as evidence to support your ideas.
Include the following major sections in your paper:

• an introduction;
• an explanation of the value of diversity within an organizational context;
• a discussion of identified strategies that can strengthen cultural competency specific to the following levels: Personal, Interpersonal, Organizational.
• a conclusion.

Write in third-person format. Complete this paper within the 810-page limit. Page count does not include cover and reference pages, but you are to include them. Additionally, images, charts, tables, and graphics can be used. However, they too are not considered part of the page count. No abstract is required.

Follow APA (7th edition), double-spaced, 12 pt., Times New Roman font. Incorporate a minimum of five (5) peer-reviewed, scholarly resources. Additional resources from contemporary sources are encouraged. A total of 10 (ten) references are required for this paper to achieve At Standard.

Within the paper, headings to guide the reader, context when introducing authors, use appropriate paragraph structure, incorporate course concepts learned, use concise and clear language, and develop your writing styles by using the following styles: , , , and in your paper when applicable. Students may find Grammarly helpful to check their spelling, word choice, sentence structure, punctuation, and grammar.
