Discussion
Finding Employees
If you want to improve search results on job recruiting websites (e.g., LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Indeed), the job description must be accurate and detailed. For this Discussion, you will consider two job listings for the same job position or role of your choosing. Then, based on what you find, you will discuss the effectiveness of the job listing with regard to the job description, search parameters, and any other details you consider important.

Assignment
HR Resources
In any business, as the number of employees grows, the complexity of HR issues and compliance requirements also increases. Businesses may have one person, a team of people, or a company they employ to handle their HR needs. It does not matter who is responsible for handling the various components of human resource management, in all or in part, it is an essential part of running a business and can be very expensive if ignored.
For this Assignment, EGI is creating a series of mini presentations on HR topics. Each project manager will choose three HR topics and create a PPT presentation, complete with speaker notes. You will also create a handout of helpful websites and resources to supplement your presentation.
