Week 5: Nursing Staffing Model

i currently work in the emergency department, where the ideal staffing is 6 nurses, one charge nurse, traige nurse and 4 nurses for the room at a 1:3 nurse to patient ratio. i also work in the night shift where we work three days on and three days off.
