1. Write one page of a research on effective ways to recruit professional HIM staff (such as a coder or supervisor).

1. Explain the difference between recruiting for a non-professional position (housekeeper, or mail sorter, for example) and recruiting for a heath care professional like a certified medical coder ?
2. Discuss, in a minimum of one paragraph, how you would narrow applicants down to 3 applicants to interview
3. Create a list of 6 general interview questions. (Be sure you have researched what are proper and effective interview questions) Describe, in a minimum of one paragraph, why you believe your interview questions are effective
4. Provide 4 bad interview questions and explain why they are ineffective
5. This part of the project should include 2-3 references.
