Select one of the EEOC lawsuits from the list below.

Provide an overview of the lawsuit, the main issue(s) of concern, including the law involved, and the outcome of the lawsuite. Provide your opinion regarding the legitimacy of the legitimacy and discuss the fairness of the outcome. In addition to the website link provided, please use at least two other references for the case itself or the law related to this case. All sources should be used within your assignment and properly cited using APA in-text citation formatting and should also be included in a reference list at the end of the assignment. This assignment should be between 3-4 pages (not including the title page and reference list), double-spaced, 12-point font, APA formatted and uploaded as a Word document in the assignment tab for this week, which can be accessed below or using the Assignments tool on the left side of the course site page.

You should use the following subheadings:

The assignment will be based upon the rubric found in the assignment link. Grading criteria include adequacy of discussing the case, the law governing the case, its outcome and your opinion of its fairness – all of it supported by cited references. Papers will also be graded on proper APA formatting of citations and the reference list as well as writing mechanics, style, and punctuation. The assignment should be uploaded as a Word document and not a PDF.
