Assessment Preparation

Review the following:

• The most recent analysis of the Campbell Soup Company SWOT Analysis from the

Assessment Deliverable

Write an 825- to 1,050-word proposal for initiating new organizational strategies. In your proposal:

• Evaluate each section within the SWOT analysis.
• Summarize each section, including why the information in each section is pertinent to developing the organizational strategies.
• Recommend 4 organizational strategies, one for each component of the SWOT, that should be implemented within 35 years for a profitable future. For each strategy:
• Explain how the strategy aligns to the component (S, W, O, or T).
• Describe how the strategy should be implemented.

Consider including references from at least 1 reputable source outside of the textbook and SWOT analysis, such as an industry analyst report or other references related to the industry, to support your recommended strategies.

Cite your sources to support your assessment.

Format all references according to APA guidelines.
