This assignment is a community health needs assessment for Hillsboro County and its cities and towns. This assignment will answer the main question: What are the primary healthcare needs and issues facing this county? This assignment will include statements of findings, methodology utilized, and strategic implications. This assignment will incorporate information that you, the student, completed during the Assurance of Learning Exercise: Community Case Assignment.
