Construct a 2page-paper with an infographic based on the following parts:
Part 1
Describe your target community using descriptive data from the sources you found. Describe how you would collect primary data in your community. Explain how primary and secondary data sources differ and how they provide a different perspective on your community.
Part 2
Identify at least 5 key indicators from your data, and rank their priority using an infographic. An infographic is a visual representation of your information. Some free software you can use include the following:
Part 3
Describe these indicators in depth and how they contribute to health outcomes. Communicate how you know the indicators you identified are quality indicators. Describe whether these indicators are actual causes or leading causes, and explain the differences.
