Global ProTech HR Presentation: Discrimination in the Workplace

The director of HR for Global ProTech has asked you, as an experienced HR manager, to create a presentation on discrimination in the workplace to share with other HR professionals across the organization. She knows you are passionate about defending protected classes not only because you have the best interest of the organization in mind but also because you are committed to helping every employee thrive and grow professionally. You feel strongly that including information about the law and regulatory environment as well as actual case summaries will help bring an authenticity to the presentation that will serve to engage employees throughout the company. Working together, this is the outline on which you have decided.

Note: The director is excited about your plan and asks that you keep the slides crisp (i.e., not overloaded with wording) and include detailed speaker notes so those who cannot attend the presentation can also benefit. She reminds you that part of modeling professionalism is including specific citations throughout the presentation and on dedicated slides at the end of the presentation.
