Health History and Mental Status Exam Interview

Use the information and resources in Modules 1, 2 & 3 to conduct a detailed interview with a health history, review of systems, and mental status exam. Use the template provided to write up your findings. Remember, this should include health history, medications used by the pretend pt including over the counter, allergies, family history, mental status exam, etc. You will not need to include any aspects of a physical exam here. Also, be sure to practice your mental status exam here and document it along with your health history. Review the grading rubric so that you know exactly what you are graded on.
