• According to Reading 3.3, there are 12 Emotional Intelligence Competencies. In this paper, you are to assess your development along the 12 Competencies. Base your assessment on personal scenarios or examples where applicable.
• Describe the areas you are most competent and why. Give examples of why you are most competent in these areas.
• In which areas would you increase your Emotional Intelligence? How would you do this using the tools and concepts from the course learnings? Be sure to include references/citations to the course materials.
• This paper will be 3-5 pages long (double spaced, 12pt font, Times New Roman).

• Include a reference list in your paper. Include references to models, theories, or ideas from the course content to support your description of areas in which you are most competent. • Correctly cite the references within the body of your paper.
